20. Feb. 2024 · For Meatloaf: 1 ½ lbs ground beef (preferably a mix of 80% lean and 20% fat) 1 cup breadcrumbs (fresh or dried) 1 medium onion, finely chopped. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten. ½ cup milk. ⅓ cup ketchup. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
