The Council of Europe will not accept applications sent by post, fax or e-mail. Before beginning the application process, you will need to have an e-mail address in order to set up a user account. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation by e-mail of your user account details and can then proceed with the application.
Traineeship programmes. Twice a year, the Council offers 5-month paid traineeships in Brussels: 16 February to 15 July (first period) 1 September to 31 January (second period) The Council also offers traineeships for students of national administration schools: Traineeships for students of national administration schools.
