Constitution is also important for survivability, as it gives them more hit points. Additionally, Charisma is crucial for their spellcasting and important skills.
Valor is considered the worst Bard College and is overshadowed by Swords Bard by a very large degree. It is very rare that you will hear people recommend it, because it just doesn't do enough to stand out from Swords Bard's shadow. If you aren't playing honor mode you should get 5 levels of warlock minimum for the second Extra Attack.
