Adjani hat zwei Söhne: Barnabé Said (* 1979) aus einer Beziehung mit dem Kameramann und Regisseur Bruno Nuytten und Gabriel Kane (* 1995) aus ihrer Verbindung mit dem Schauspieler Daniel Day-Lewis. Ihr zweiter Sohn verwendet als Hip-Hop-Musiker das Pseudonym „Gabe Day“. Mit Day-Lewis war Adjani von 1989 bis 1994 liiert.
Bruno Nuytten, né le 28 août 1945 à Melun, est un directeur de la photographie et réalisateur français. Récipiendaire de trois Césars (1977, 1984, 1989) et du BAFTA award (1988) il enseigne à l'école nationale de cinéma FEMIS dont il a dirigé le département « Image » jusqu'en 2002 et dont il a présidé le jury d'admission en 2007.
