Billy Ward and his Dominoes were an American R&B vocal group. One of the most successful R&B groups of the early 1950s, the Dominoes helped launch the singing careers of two notable members, Clyde McPhatter and Jackie Wilson .

William Thomas Ward (born 5 May 1948) is an English musician. He was a co-founder and the original drummer for the heavy metal band Black Sabbath. Ward helped found Black Sabbath in 1968 alongside bandmates Ozzy Osbourne (lead singer), Tony Iommi (guitarist) and Geezer Butler (bass).

He finds his biggest inspirations in the classic British recordings, such as those of Led Zeppelin, Eddie Kramer, Pink Floyd, and Def Leppard.
