20. Jan. 2021 · Er ist der letzte Mohikaner im Glam-Rock-Aufgebot von Hello: Bob Bradbury. Der Sänger und Gitarrist konnte jetzt seinen 65. Geburtstag feiern (*14. Januar 1956). Ähnlich wie Sweet waren Hello besonders in Deutschland schwer angesagt. Hierzulande brachten sie zwischen 1974 und 1977 neun Songs in den Top 50 der Single-Ch.
Gelegentlich treten Hello in Deutschland bei Oldiekonzerten auf; einziges Originalmitglied ist Sänger Bob Bradbury. 2007 erschienen die CDs Keeps Us Off the Streets und Hello Again jeweils mit acht Bonustracks.

Welcome to the Official Hello Website! Hello were formed by frontman Bob Bradbury in 1971. Alongside bands like Sweet, Slade, Gary Glitter, David Bowie and others Hello were instrumental in the rise of Glam Rock in the 70’s. Bob is still touring with Hello.
The band was started by Bob Bradbury, previously of The Flashback Berries, with Keith Marshall, Vic Faulkner, and Jeff Allen (brother of Chris Allen, alias Chris Cross of Ultravox). For about a year, they backed singer Caroline Hall, before renaming themselves as Hello in 1971. [4]
