John R. Buchtel Community Learning Center, formerly known as John R. Buchtel High School and often referred to as Buchtel High School or Buchtel CLC, is a public high school in Akron, Ohio, United States, serving grades 7–12. It is one of seven high schools in the Akron Public Schools.

High School. Academies and Pathways Grades 10 - 12. Buchtel CLC. Freshman Academy. Incoming ninth graders enroll in Freshman Academy where they learn skills necessary to be successful in high school, complete career exploration activities, and visit college campuses.
About Buchtel CLC. The Buchtel Community Learning Center opened to students on August 29, 2012. Our mission is to educate and provide a safe learning environment where students are empowered to be innovative, life-long learners and are prepared to contribute in a global society.
