After working with metal bands such as Manowar and Rhapsody of Fire, in 2010 Lee teamed up with Italian composer Marco Sabiu to release his very own symphonic metal album, Charlemagne: By the Sword and the Cross. With this release he was considered to have been the oldest performer of heavy metal music.
