At Columbia College and Columbia Engineering, we’re intentional in our efforts to welcome over 125 transfer students each year, from a range of two- and four-year institutions, and we value the unique and diverse perspectives they bring to our community.

Columbia Writing Academy: Summer. The Columbia Writing Academy, "Writing the College Admissions Essay," was created by Dr. Nancy Sommers. This intensive 2-week course is offered through the Online Summer program and is designed to help students craft and perfect their college application essays. Learn more.
