Out of habit, whenever I find anything requiring a code in a game, I try different combinations of "0451" to see if it unlocks. I ended up slapping i think "4501" or "4510" in the combo and ended up with a bunch of guns (a pellet and submachine gun? nice). The Small Key to a Stash could be found on a skeleton in the Underground Entrance building. It could be used to open the stash outside the Dry Meadow Hideout, which contains an Explosive Barrel, a 9V Battery, a couple of Shotgun Shells, a can of Gasoline, among other things. Seems like the other ones are random. Nice thread, looks very helpful I also wanna find some of the more secret cryptic areas.

And I give the code to them ONLY if they make it to the Silent Forest and finish Piotrek's quest. At that point of a game, getting some extra good stuff only comes in handy ...
The Code is a quest item that can be found in the Doctor's House. It is a note with a code scribbled on it. The code unlocks the metal door in the Train Wreck. The code is written on a page from the Doctor's Notepad.
