2020 lautet das Thema der Vereinten Nationen zum Internationalen Frauentag, auf Englisch International Women’s Day genannt, „Each for Equal“. Ins Deutsche übersetzt bedeutet das so viel wie „Jede/r für Gleichbereichtigung“. Zu diesem Anlass, haben wir für euch das Thema „Frauen im Führungsmanagement“ aufgegriffen.
11. März 2020 · Amazon organisierte Workshops und Panel-Diskussionen zum Thema Gleichberechtigung zum Weltfrauentag unter dem Motto „Each for Equal“. Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer diskutierten fünf Schlüsselelemente für Gleichberechtigung, wie die Balance zwischen weiblichen und männlichen Stärken, die dynamische Denkweise, das Überdenken der eigenen Geisteshaltung und die Gleichberechtigung in der Familie.
