Frisians are Dutch but most Dutch are not Frisians. Friezen are a sub category of Dutch, like Gelderlanders, Brabanders, Hollanders, Limburgers, Antillianen, Drentenaren, Zeeuwen, Groningers, Flevolanders, Overijsselaren and Utrechters. Frisians can also be horses instead of humans.
