18. Sept. 2024 · The Web App is the one that is down. But if you knew your product you would know that the first page for the Web App, it says EA SPORTS FC Companion with the Login button just below. Everyone here is referring to the Web App! Thanks! This is happening with lots and lots of people trying to access the Web App.
Hey @damisi321, Looking at your screenshot, it looks like your device isn't connected to the internet. Has the problem fixed itself since then? If not, could you try connecting via mobile data? Are you still getting the exact same error? From what I can see, there should be no issues with the web app.
Is this only happening on your console and not on the web/companion app? Also, the last time you played FIFA 23, did you happen to just turn off your PC/console instead of exiting out of the game? If so, try loading in again on that device and then try the app.
In the meantime, try to submit the challenge across all platforms: the game, the UT web app, and the companion app. Also, be sure to update your UT companion app by checking the store and your web browser if you're on a PC. Log out and sign back into your account to see if that helps.
After putting 200k into bronze packs for upgrades, whenever I try to submit the "Ultimate Silver Upgrade" SBC, a notice comes up on the web app saying "Failed to Submit Challenge", and has stayed like that until now. What should be happening instead? I should be able to submit SBC's.
Accepted Solution. @imadusmagher Try closing out of the companion app, logging in on the console, playing a game, then backing out of the main menu of FIFA and closing out.
