In the beginning, as you know, Lorelai had difficulties paying for Rory’s tuition. I wonder how she was going to pay for it in the first place, especially when it seemed like they were working a long time towards going to Chilton. I know it was the large amount she needed immediately, but it seemed like Rory’s grandparents ended up paying for all of her tuition?
But when Rory mentions she read My Lai 4 when she was 12, or Lorelai saying Rory read The Naked and the Dead when she was still in footsie pyjamas that has bugged me. Was Lorelai unaware of the content of what her child was reading?
