CV. Helene von Bismarck wurde in Brüssel als Kind deutscher Eltern geboren und wuchs in Russland, Deutschland und Belgien auf. Nach ihrem europäischen Baccalaureat und einem Sabbatical in Italien studierte sie Geschichte und Politik an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in München und der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
