TESOL Advanced Certificate – With Prior TESOL or Linguistics MA Program Overview This post-masters, advanced certificate program will prepare you to teach students — either children or adolescents for whom English is a second language.

The TESOL ITI program is only open to certified teachers who are currently teaching in NYC DOE schools. Tuition is significantly subsidized by the New York State Education Department (NYSED). Coursework begins in the spring semester (typically and end of January) and is completed in 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall).
