"I Am Legend 2" soll nun hingegen näher an der Vorlage orientiert sein. Dadurch entstand rückwirkend die Entscheidung, das alternative Ende von Teil 1 jetzt zum offiziellen zu machen und Will Smith zurückkehren zu lassen.
