If it‘s small enough they send it via DHL/DPD/etc otherwise they send a logistics company that can handle furniture and bigger deliveries.

23. Juli 2018 · When you order online from IKEA, this is what you need to understand. Ikea has your money. They give your stuff to a shipping company. That shipping company then gives it out to a sub contracted "local" shipping company. If the Ikea customer rep "assures" you that it will be delivered on "this day", they are not being truthful to put it nicely.

If it's a coworker position like selling, or customer service it's going to be pretty much just values. I'm coming up on my 8th year at IKEA. it's all about the values.
