Biografie. Discografie. John Winston Lennon wurde am 09. Oktober 1940 während eines Luftangriffes in Liverpool geboren. Nach der Trennung seiner Eltern im Jahr 1942, wuchs John bei seiner Tante und seinem Onkel auf. Als Teenager begeisterte er sich für die neu aufkommende Ära des Rock ''n'' Roll und er verehrte Elvis Presley und seine Musik.
In unserer Erinnerung lebt er weiter als Provokateur und Friedensstifter, als Zyniker und Weltverbesserer, kurzum: als Paradoxon, das bis heute nicht aufgelöst wurde.
