Die anderen beiden Einstellungen betreffs UEFI Boot und Legacy Boot (CSM) weiß ich nicht genau, was man da einstellen muss, jedenfalls nicht, wenn man Windows 7 im UEFI Mode installieren möchte. Windows 7 bleibt dann immer bei "Starting Windows" hängen.
