Lou Gramm (geboren als Louis Andrew Grammatico; * 2. Mai 1950 in Rochester, New York, USA) ist ein US-amerikanischer Rock - Sänger. Er war mit Unterbrechungen bis zum Jahr 2003 Leadsänger der Rockband Foreigner. Daneben war er bis 2018 als Solokünstler tätig.
He is best known as co-founder and lead vocalist of the rock band Foreigner from 1976 to 1990 and again from 1992 to 2003, during which time the band had numerous successful albums and singles. In 2024, Gramm was selected as an inductee for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Foreigner.
