Ghost Rider ( Johnny Blaze) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is the second Marvel character to use the name Ghost Rider, following Carter Slade (the Western comics hero later known as the Phantom Rider) and preceding Daniel Ketch, Alejandra Jones, and Robbie Reyes.
A motorcycle stunt driver turned spirit of vengeance after a fateful deal with the demon lord Mephisto, Ghost Rider defies his benefactor and rides his blazing motorcycle, dispensing vengeance to the souls of all those who would do the world harm.
