Melting Pot bedeutet übersetzt „ Schmelztiegel “. Die Melting Pot Theory besagt, dass Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern in die USA kommen und ihre Kulturen und Traditionen wie in einem Schmelztiegel miteinander verschmelzen. Daraus entsteht dann eine neue gemeinsame Kultur.
