Der Neuhegelianismus ist eine zusammenfassende Bezeichnung für die vor allem von Kuno Fischer und Wilhelm Dilthey eingeleitete Bestrebung einer Erneuerung der philosophischen Gedankengänge Hegels. Ihr Ziel ist die Abwehr des Positivismus in geisteswissenschaftlichen Gegenstandsbereichen.

Absolute idealism has greatly altered the philosophical landscape. This influence is mostly felt in the strong opposition it engendered. Both logical positivism and analytic philosophy grew out of a rebellion against Hegelianism prevalent in England during the 19th century.
