If you are talking about the Luxembourgish one, www.rtl.lu will have a live stream, but that's nothing to do with German RTL. RTL in Germany has a library of programmes you can watch like with the ITV Player, but most are blocked outside Germany ...

Premier Sports - Live rights to Scotland, Wales (non-exclusive) & Northern Ireland - direct deal with UEFA via CAA Eleven. S4C - Live Wales games in the Welsh language only (believe this was a direct deal)

On Saturday nights TV1000 showed hardcore porn, but this was easily blocked out with your password keyed-in. I believe a lot of pubs here in the UK used the boxes to stream live football in from the continent in the early 1990's.

The only problem is the fact I'll be recording it as .mkv so will need to convert it to .mp4 (I know OBS can record in MP4, but it can have issues). I just need to make sure that I don't hit stream through habit and inadvertently broadcast it all over Twitch.

Have a pop up stream for each of ITV's live games (or any live sporting events), but have no ad breaks on this stream (unlike the linear coverage) and the option to watch the game with no commentary (Possibly Premium Tier Only). Nov. 2023 · Freesat is used instead of Freeview in remote areas where UHF reception is a challenge (perhaps increasingly so what with new windfarms being an issue in some areas, and also the issues in fringe areas caused by reduced UHF TV spectrum) and also in some areas self-help transmitters are now gone.
21. Apr. 2023 · If you take "Freeview" to actually mean "Free to view" then there are also various Youtube channels you can stream for nowt such at the County cricket matches. If no Youtube app on your TV or PVR then a Chromecast dongle or Firestick can give access for a small one off cost as well as access to a host of other free or not so free services.

It is cheaper, it is better quality, I can have more pucks and use any number of pucks at the same time.
