9. Mai 2022 · As a former owner of the Skynet Edition and the 4K, the Lionsgate blu-ray is the one I stuck with. It's still not perfect but it was the best of them all. It has a better transfer than the skynet edition but doesn't have as much DNR as the 4K. This is also the same disc that is in the Terminator 6 film collection if you wanted all of them.

30. Dez. 2020 · Something menacing would've worked better imo. The Terminator also has no reason to grab the shades. The T1 T-800 had to cover his mechanical eye, but the T2 T-800 has no reason. The T-800's mannerisms. Let's assume the scenario that you've haven't seen the T2 trailer that spoils the twist of the T-800 being good this time.

It has further improvement to the audio and foley, more thorough de-enhancement to the grading for a more consistent 80’s look, and fixes to minor glitches present in V1.0. The extended edition of Terminator 2 is an inferior version of the movie. Yes there's some interesting stuff with the T1000 glitching and Kyle Reese, but it's pacing is way off and it gets rather dull in the middle. 15. Mai 2023 · Terminator 2 35mm scan (top) vs 2017 Remastered version. Was the 35mm used on VHS copy? I always remember the film looking more like that top image, with cold blue hue vs the two editions I have of the film digitally now. I am not quite sure. It has a lot of scratches but looks amazing.

The best looking version is the 4K regular edition, though I personally much prefer the extended edition also available to watch on the same disc for all the stuff added.
