Admission procedure. To join Tomsk Polytechnic University a prospective student should: Fill in the online application form . Send a copy of the international passport and a copy of the educational document of appropriate level (see B. Section of the Policy) in English or in Russian to an admission officer by e-mail: omrs@tpu.ru.
