Mai 2024 · In the years 2003 and 2004 numerous important reforms were introduced also in Bosnia and Herzegovina, mainly through decisions of the High Representative with recourse to the so-called Bonn powers, i.e. extraordinary and coercive powers of substitution granted in 1997 to guarantee the Dayton Agreement, on which the entire post-war constitutional order is based.
