Learning how to apply to UBC is about more than completing the online application. We’ll help you prepare by choosing the right high school courses, guide you while you find the degree that’s right for you, and give you tips to write a compelling personal profile.
Start the online application. UBC’s online application opens in early October for Summer Session (May to August) and Winter Session (September to April). BC and Yukon students: Please submit your Personal Education Number (PEN) with your application and order a transcript for UBC.
Online Application and Fee. All applicants are advised to use the online application system.
Accessing the Application. To apply to UBC, you must have a Campus-Wide Login (CWL). You'll need your CWL username and password to check the status of your application and access all of the University’s online systems throughout your time at UBC. You can only have one CWL account.
If you have applied to an undergraduate program at UBC, in the Applicant Service Centre you can: check the status of your application to UBC. see your next steps required to complete your application. upload any documents required by UBC. download your letter of admission. accept or decline your offer of admission to UBC.
