Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies Publications [ edit ] On 10 September 2009, Wilfried Martens presented his book Europe: I Struggle, I Overcome in a public event organized by the Centre for European Studies (CES), the official think-tank of the European People's Party.
10. März 2014 · 10 March 2014. The Centre for European Studies (CES), the official think tank and political foundation of the European People’s Party (EPP), has been renamed in honour of its late President, Wilfried Martens. The Centre will now be called the ‘Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies’.
Von 2000 bis 2001 war Wilfried Martens Präsident der Internationalen der Christdemokraten und Volksparteien (CDI). Er war seit der Gründung 2007 bis zu seinem Tod Präsident des Centre for European Studies – parteinahe Stiftung der EVP. 2014 wurde diese ihm zu Ehren in Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies umbenannt.
