Richard "Dickie" Wells (1908–1949), also sometimes known as Mr. Harlem, was an American tap dancer and nightclub owner. Wells first gained notoriety dancing in the Wells, Mordecai and Taylor Dance Trio with Jimmy Mordecai and Ernest Taylor.
