März 2024 · Michael Jerome (born Michael Jerome Moore) is an American drummer whose musical resume includes live and studio collaborations with the likes of: Better Than Ezra, The Blind Boys of Alabama, John Cale, Course of Empire, k.d. lang, Shelby Lynne, Taj Mahal, Charlie Musselwhite, Richard Thompson, or The Toadies.
The band formed in 1988 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and consists of Kevin Griffin (vocals and guitar), Tom Drummond (bass guitar), Michael Jerome (drums), and James Arthur Payne Jr. (guitar, keyboards). The band has released nine studio albums, most recently 2024's Super Magick.
