Cecil Dale Womack (September 25, 1947 – January 25, 2013) was an American singer, songwriter and record producer. He was one of the musical Womack brothers, and had success both as a songwriter and recording artist, notably with his wife Linda as Womack & Womack.
Biografie. Cecil Womack, jüngerer Bruder von Bobby Womack, lernte seine spätere Ehefrau Linda bereits im Jahre 1961 kennen, als sie erst acht Jahre alt war. Sie ist die Tochter von Sam Cooke, der damals gerade Cecil und Bobby Womack sowie ihre Brüder Curtis, Harry und Cedric als The Valentinos für sein eigenes Label unter Vertrag genommen hatte.
