Joseph Déjacque (geb. 27. Dezember 1821 in Paris; gest. 18. November 1864 ebenda) war ein früher französischer Anarchokommunist, Dichter, Philosoph und Schriftsteller. Joseph Déjacque (French:; 1821–c.1864) was a French political journalist and poet. A house painter by trade, during the 1840s, he became involved in the French labour movement and taught himself how to write poetry.

Joseph Déjacque (1821-1864) was one of the first self-proclaimed anarchists, and probably the first person to use the term “libertarian” as a synonym for “anarchist.” He may also have been the first person to describe anarchist alternatives to other political perspectives as “anarchism.”
