Writing entries, on Journey Cloud beta, web app running from a Windows 11 system. It was working last 8/10/2023 at 4:00pm MST, now it's 8/10/2023 10:53pm MST, checked in from 10:00pm and it's not allowing me to edit/add any entries on the web app.
During the open beta trial, our goal is to test the robustness and usage of Journey Cloud Sync. We plan to start with 5.3GB first. Yes, you can import Google Drive entries + media files into Journey Cloud Sync. I would highly recommend you to only import the recent entries during the trial and not the full 7GB.
ksy Hi, thank you for using Journey Cloud Sync. Are you a paid membership user? It seems that the import has exceeded the count limit i.e. 3000 entries. Also can you send me the Journey Cloud Sync drive ID? I can check it out for you. If you have more than 3000 entries, please let me know. We can increase the quota limit.
Unless you have a backup somewhere, it would not be possible to restore hidden app data once it is deleted. To set up sync, follow these steps: If you already have the app installed: Step 1:Open the Journey app. Step 2:Go to Journey Settings. Step 3:Tap “Cloud Services.”. Step 4:Select your Google account. The sync process should begin. If you installed the app and have not opened it yet: Step 1:Open the app > tap "Next" > Setup Passcode.
We plan to release Journey Cloud Sync in the Android app for beta testing next week. Kindly use the Google Drive sync for now. You can migrate your data to Journey Cloud Sync via the import feature. I would recommend you to import the latest entries to give it a try first. Kindly note that we capped the storage limit to 5.5GB during beta.
