Paul Webb (* 16. Januar 1962 in Southend-on-Sea, Grafschaft Essex, England) ist ein britischer Musiker, Komponist, Sänger und Songschreiber. Bekanntheit erlangte er als Bassist der Band Talk Talk. Seit 2002 veröffentlicht er Musik unter dem Pseudonym Rustin Man.
