Theodo (about 625 – 11 December c. 716), also known as Theodo V and Theodo II, was the Duke of Bavaria from 670 or, more probably, 680 to his death. It is with Theodo that the well-sourced history of Bavaria begins.

Theodo II. (* vor 665; † 15. Oktober um 717) war ein Baiernherzog aus dem Hause der Agilolfinger. Leben. Theodo war ein Sohn des Agilolf und Enkel des bairischen Herzogs Garibald II.. Theodo dürfte ab etwa 680, zumindest aber von 696 bis etwa 717 / 18 bairischer Herzog gewesen sein.
