Tony Fruscella (February 4, 1927 – August 14, 1969) was an American jazz trumpeter. [1] Biography. Tony Fruscella and his sister Maria, grew up in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York. He played in an Army band early in his career.
Morgana. Tony Fruscelli was a New York guy, whosemarginal lifestyle fell into the post-Parker pattern as led by a fair number of jazz musicians in the late 40's-50's (although anyone who could get the great singer Morgana King to marry him had to have some shit together).

This was a relaxed and easy session, essentially valuable for the musicians involved, trumpeter Tony Fruscella (1927-1969), and tenor Brew Moore (1924-1973), most particularly for the former, who died at 42.
