Né le 28 octobre 1939 dans le New Jersey aux Etats-Unis, Andy W. Bey est un chanteur et pianiste de jazz. Très tôt exposé à la musique jazz, il commence à chanter devant un public à l’âge de 8 ans. A 17 ans, il crée un trio avec ses sœurs Salome et Geraldine appelé « Andy and The Bey Sisters ».
